grytgy ("we", "our", or "us"), operating the website grytgy.pro, is committed to respecting user privacy and managing client digital assets in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We process information only to the extent necessary to deliver professional post-production and digital studio services:

  • Direct Inquiries: When you send an email or use our brief composition utility, we collect your name, business email address, company name, and project specifications.
  • Production Assets: Audio, video, graphic rushes, and script documents transmitted to our secure cloud workspace are processed strictly for finishing purposes.
  • Technical Web Logs: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) collected automatically to ensure system integrity and security.

3. Google Ads Tag & Consent Mode v2

This website includes Google Ads measurement infrastructure (Tag ID: AW-18500263255). In accordance with Google Consent Mode v2:

  • Default Setting: Advertising storage, user data, and personalization cookies are set to denied by default when the site loads.
  • Explicit Consent: Only when you actively click "Accept All" in our cookie banner are these signals updated to granted.
  • No Conversion Snippets: This site contains no hardcoded form conversion tracking snippets. All contact actions are initiated via direct client mail clients.

4. Client Asset Confidentiality

All creative video footage, voice recordings, scripts, and rough cuts delivered to grytgy are treated as strictly confidential commercial information. We do not license, sub-license, publicly showcase, or share your raw or finished media without your prior explicit written authorization. Active files are retained for 30 calendar days following invoice settlement, after which they are purged from temporary cache systems.

5. Data Retention & Security

We employ encrypted file transfer protocols (TLS/SSL) and access-restricted storage volumes. We do not sell, rent, or trade client contact details to third parties for marketing purposes.
