Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 8, 2026. Standard commercial agreement terms for grytgy.pro.
1. Engagement & Sprints
By commissioning production work from grytgy, you agree to these Terms of Service. Individual engagements are structured around agreed production modules, starting from the baseline rate of 190 EUR (or equivalent agreed CAD value at billing).
2. Delivery & Milestone Schedule
Turnaround timelines commence only once all prerequisite assets (raw camera footage, audio tracks, brand guidelines, and creative scripts) have been fully received and verified by our engineering desk. Delivery of first drafts for standard modules occurs within 48 to 72 business hours unless an extended timeline is agreed upon in writing.
3. Revision Policy
Every standard production sprint includes one comprehensive revision round conducted via our timecoded review interface. Notes must be submitted within seven (7) business days of draft delivery. Fundamental changes to the project scope, new raw footage additions, or complete script rewrites outside the original brief are quoted as additional production modules.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the client-supplied source material remain with the client. Full commercial title and intellectual property rights to the final rendered masters are assigned to the client immediately upon full payment of the invoice. grytgy retains no claim to your completed media.
5. Invoicing & Settlement
Unless otherwise established in a corporate master services agreement, individual sprint orders require invoice settlement prior to release of un-watermarked master files. Invoices are issued in EUR (or CAD equivalent) with payment via wire transfer or major credit card.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
